Middle School Drama 2025 - Showing Soon!
‘I Never Saw Another Butterfly’ is a historic story set in the Terezin concentration camp during World War 2. It follows the lives of some of the children who were incarcerated there for a number of years. Watch the video below to listen to some of the cast.
There will be two performances of ‘I Never Saw Another Butterfly’, one on Friday, 18th April for the middle school and one on Saturday, 19th April for everyone else. Keep these dates in the calendar, and tickets will be available soon!
1 Hour Challenge - Creating A Short Film
In this episode of the 1 Hour Challenge, we tasked some G10 film students with creating a short film in only 1 hour. Watch the video below to see how they got on with this daunting job.
The short film they created shows how easy it is to be fooled by scams and warns against trusting people who promise things too good to be true.?
This was the first time a significant time constraint was put on these students, and they did a fantastic job in adapting to this challenge. If any of you see them about in the community, remember to congratulate them on their effort!

Alumni Stories - Max Li
Max Li, from the class of 2023, reflects on his time at the school. Max holds dear the lessons on responsibility and accountability imparted by his teachers. These values have become his guiding principles as he steps into the real world, ready to face new challenges and opportunities.
Max shared his secrets to success in the Diploma Programme, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy work-rest balance. He also encouraged young wolves to embrace extracurricular activities as the skills they learn from these experiences will stay with them forever and can help them navigate life’s challenges.
Max’s visit to the school was a delight, and we’re grateful for his enthusiasm in sharing his story and inspiring the next generation of BWYA graduates. Thank you, Max!

What Is Conflict? - By Grade 6

K Class - Personal Narrative Presentation
All of the K classes have been working hard on their personal narratives. This week their parents came in and they had the chance to present their work. Have a watch of the video to see if they were nervous!
After they had presented their work to their parents they then had to go and read it to other parents in the room. As you can see, they all did a fantastic job and learned the beginnings of how to become a great author. Well done everyone!
ISAC U11's Volleyball Exchange
We took five fantastic teams for the ISAC end-of-season volleyball exchange on Saturday, the 18th of January. All of the teams played incredibly well and made us very proud. Check out the highlights video below to see how the event went!
This was a friendly competition but it was great to see the level of competitiveness from all schools and athletes that attended. The sportsmanship and enthusiasm on display were inspiring and our students presented themselves brilliantly.

Alumni Stories - Yinuo Zhang
Yinuo Zhang, class of 2023, cherishes all her BWYA memories, particularly the instances where she was able to unleash her creativity and experiment with entirely different concepts for the broadcasting club, Wolf Bites.
She has come to understand the significance of time management. She recognizes that with perseverance and resilience, she can accomplish her tasks efficiently. Despite the challenges, she remains determined and focused.
One might assume that upon gaining admission to the prestigious University of Oxford, one’s academic journey had reached its pinnacle. However, this is far from the truth. Besides academic expectations, there are numerous activities students can join in the university. Yinuo’s advice to Young Wolves is to identify your true passions and interests, make good use of your time, and fully enjoy and appreciate the myriad of opportunities presented to you.
